Caulfield's state of disappointment

CAULFIELD dropped its opening State League match of the season last Saturday, falling to visiting Camberwell 16-13.
The clubs were tied at 8 heading into the final quarter, but Camberwell caught fire and walked off with the win.
Adam Townley scored five goals for Caulfield and Anthony Rodrigues four.
Caulfield lost a nailbiter to Altona in division two, 6-5. Stuart Sinclair threw in four goals for the home side, Trevor Martin one.
Caulfield's Under 18 men were beaten by Camberwell 21-4.
Jack Chamberlain scored a hat-trick. The Under 16 team was beaten by Williamstown 17-2. Artie Blakeney scored both Caulfield goals. Caulfield's State League women's side opened with a 7-6 win over Williamstown.
Meredith Carre scored a hat-trick and Jane Chapman added two goals. Anna Roberts and Melissa Roberts netted single goals. T
he A-Grade women were 12-8 winners over Camberwell.
A seven-goal last quarter got Caulfield over the line. Kira Small had a big day with six goals.
Leanne Trainor added a hat-trick.
