ST ANTHONY'S students have jumped into the record books while jumping rope.
The Glen Huntly primary school took part in a world record bid, with students nationwide jumping rope to raise money for the Heart Foundation and get themselves in the Guinness Book of World Records.
More than 59,000 Australian school children took part in the new world record attempt, to be verified soon by Guinness World Records.
St Anthony's physical education teacher Gen Mulkearns said the activity would help students build resistance to heart disease.
